Shipping & Delivery Policy
Electro Gas Boiler Parts partners with Royal Mail to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. We offer the following delivery options:
Standard Delivery
Delivered in 2–3 working days (approximately) after dispatch.
Tracked delivery, no signature required.
Express Delivery
Delivered in 1–2 working days (approximately) after dispatch.
Tracked delivery with signature required.
Special Delivery (Next Working Day by 1 PM)
Guaranteed delivery by 1 PM the next working day (excluding bank holidays).
Tracked and requires a signature.
Orders must be placed before 3 PM Monday–Friday.

Electro Gas Boiler Parts strongly advises customers to ensure their spare parts are received and checked before scheduling a technician or engineer for installation.
While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. If there are any changes to lead times, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Orders received after 3 PM on Friday through Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (excluding public holidays).
Deliveries to remote areas, including Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, may take an additional working day.
The most efficient shipping method is determined by Electro Gas Boiler Parts at its sole discretion.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email.
Since we use third-party courier services (Royal Mail), their terms and conditions also apply to delivery timelines.
When receiving a delivery, we request that customers inspect the parcel before signing for it. If the package is visibly damaged or empty, please do not sign for it, refuse the delivery, and contact us immediately. We will initiate a claim with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
If there are any missing items or discrepancies in the order, customers must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Claims made after this period may not be valid.
If a delivery attempt is missed, the package may be sent to a local collection point. Royal Mail will notify the recipient of collection instructions. Uncollected parcels will be returned to us after a limited time, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
If a customer requests that an order be left in a secure location (e.g., porch, garden, or with a neighbor), Electro Gas Boiler Parts is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur.
