Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by email at sales@electrogasparts.co.uk before the goods have been dispatched. Once dispatched, the return policy below will apply.

Returns Policy
Customers may return products to ELECTRO GAS PARTS for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned item.
• After 14 days, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
• All returns require prior authorization from ELECTRO GAS PARTS before sending the item back.
• Products must be returned in original condition and packaging, undamaged, unused, and with all accessories. If the product was sealed, the seal must remain unbroken.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Returns can be made by post or in-store. The return label is the customer’s responsibility.
• If the product is removed from sealed packaging, it is deemed fitted and is not returnable.
Faulty Product Returns
• Faulty parts must be accompanied by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer’s written report explaining the fault.
• A copy of the invoice/delivery note must be included.
• If a faulty part is within the warranty period but the customer has purchased a replacement from another supplier, we still require:
   o A written report from a Gas Safe Engineer detailing the fault.
   o A copy of the invoice for the new part from the alternative supplier.
• Faulty parts are sent to the manufacturer for testing. If the manufacturer confirms a fault, we will issue a 100% refund or replacement.
• If the manufacturer determines the fault was caused by another defective component, no refund will be issued, and carriage/testing fees will apply.
• If the part is found not to be faulty, it will be returned to the customer with carriage/testing charges applied.

Non-Returnable Items
The right to return goods does not apply in the following cases:
• The product has been used or fitted.
• Products with tampered packaging.
• The product and packaging are not in their original condition (please do not write on product boxes).
• Certain items are non-refundable, including:
   o Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)
   o Components with PCBs
   o Gas Valves

Return Processing & Handling Fees
• Products returned outside of the 14-day window or in an unfit state will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 25% of the invoice value (minimum £5.00 charge).
• All returned products are at the customer’s own risk. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage during transit—please ensure secure packaging.
Important Notice
• ALL GAS-CARRYING PARTS MUST BE FITTED BY A GAS SAFE REGISTERED ENGINEER.
• Please ensure correct diagnosis before purchasing.
